If one of the deals takes your interest please follow the steps outlined in the email

One of our team will give you a call to run through the Figures, pictures, ROI and generally give you an insight to the amazing investment opportunity you are about to take.

If you'd like to proceed, we will send over the terms of sale and an invoice for the finders fee.

Once we have received the signed terms of sale and payment, we will then arrange a phone call to disclose the full property details.

We will then liaise with the agent/vendor to make them aware that you will be going forward with the deal, they will the contact you directly and request the relevant documentation.

We will never request documents to be sent to us. The only people that will see your personal information are the agents involved/the vendor (if this is direct to vendor deal) or a solicitor.

The purchase process then goes through as a normal sale. We take a step back and let you deal directly with the agent/vendor

We are of course on hand to assist with any issues that may arise throughout the process up to completion.

Simple Steps

Heres how it works

1A member of our experienced team will carry out a detailed "Discovery Call" with you to gain a clearer understanding of what is important to you as a landlord. We will make you an offer to rent the property for a fixed period of time using a Management Agreement, usually between 24-60 months. During this time, you will reap the benefits of 100% guaranteed rent on the same day every single month!

2We will arrange a visit to view the property to ensure everything is to a required standard. We may need to install fire doors and/or add additional heat and smoke alarms. We will pay for and organise yearly gas safety certificates, EPC, PAT testing and maintenance. The safety and well-being of our residents is paramount, and is something we pride ourselves on here at JSPI.

3As soon as the rental term begins, we will enhance the property to its highest standard in terms of decoration and furnishings. Adding little home comforts that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will typically repair those jobs that you just haven't had time to complete. We will strive to maintain your property, adding value and protecting your investment.

4We will source tenants and let the rooms out, perdominantly to working professionals. We interview each and every resident and carry out affordability and credit checks, as well as employer referencing.
